The past few years have been a whirlwind for Rob Small. Seeing rise at clubs all over the world, & having been given set's alongside longstanding House legend's K-Klass, King Roc, Mike Monday, Tim Sheridan, Matthias Tanzmann, Steve Mac, Damian Schwartz, Robert Dietz, Jamie Jones, Riley & Durrant, Pacha's Sarah Main, and earning numerous residencies across the U.K. are the result of Rob's hard work and dedication.

Rob joined Breakout Audio in 2008 and subsequently through the label releasing tracks on Selektor Music USA, Benthic Records PT, Evasive Records London, Cubism London, Electronic Petz Italy, Conditional Music London & has gained support & interest from well known name's in his respective scene, such as AudioJack (2020 Vision), Jet Project (Viva Music), Murray Richardson, Dj Simi (Sci+Tec Digital), Serge, Tim Andresen, Nils Nurnberg, and Henning Richter (Beef Records) to name a few.

Surprising as it might sound, this will be Rob's debut release on his beloved Breakoutaudio with track '8th of the 1st', a track already being tipped as one of the tracks of the year. Support arrives in typical Breakoutaudio fashion, with the likes of Pedromovich, Terry Francis, Dragosh and Motorcitysoul to name a few.

In a typical Rob Small fashion, this track does not disappoint - with a sharp groove and driving synth work throughout. Jet Project jump on board Breakoutaudio with an exceptional remix. The duo from Belfast shot to fame in 2009 with tracks on VIVa music and Get Physical. Darius Syrossian and Mundyke also join forces once again after taking time out on their separate projects to lend a hand on remix duty.

To Celebrate 2 years of BreakoutAudio, the label brings you a various artists package full of hit tracks covering genre’s from Deep House, Tech House and Tribal Techno
And serving them up is artist from artists who are residents at two of the uk’s longest and best club nights , Back To Basics in Leeds & Sankeys in Manchester, and for good measure 2 tracks are served up from an artist a far afield as Lithuania

Mistress De Funk is first up with an absolutely sublime deep house techy groover that is dedicated to the legendary DC-10 club in Ibiza, and samples Tania Vulcano in the breakdown, speaking about the closure of the club! You have to listen to this track, the drum programming is infectious.

Next up is James Barnsley from Back to Basics and his earlier release on BreakoutAudio entitled Acid Tambourine sold really well on Vinyl and was heavily supported by dj’s from the German/Berlin Scene, this track yet again has that locked down groove nailed down perfectly, James yet again delivers a real pearler

Then we have newcomer to the label Leeds dj & artist Martin Bradshaw aka ‘Marshan’ this track has the same vibe as BreakoutAudio’s big track called ‘Tongue’ really upbeat and has alot of energy yet keeps thing s simple and rolling, and the drops are made for peak time floor action

Then its Uncle Roll from Lithuania, resident at some of the biggest nights out there, playing to thousands regularly, we were happy to receive these 2 demos, think of a cross between Steve Lawler & Dubfire, Tribal tech house techno with a groove! 2 tracks here from this man

Last but not least we have Basics very own Denney, following his productions on Great Stuff, Azuli, Serif & our own BreakoutAudio Denney serves up a monster Acid house stomper! Support has been all across the board and this is already  a firm favourite with the crowd at Back to Basics,

All in all there is a 6 track feast here! Something for everyone and these tracks have been tried and tested!

Hot off the the back of the last release on Breakout Audio from Darius Syrossian entitled 'Ten Thousand Bridges that featured a tasty Pier Bucci & Denney remixesthe label returns with the next offering available on both digital and vinyl formats.

This track from Deepchild, entitled 'Knob Farm' fetures remixes from none other than the Amsterdam based french genius Julien Chaptal & also a couple of very very good remixes from the now London based Kiwi Emerson Tood who has recently released on labels such as Trapez & Cocoon.

Australian based Deepchild himself needs no introduction having already released on Get Physical, Freerange, OM records & more, this is an all round great package

Forthcoming in sept 2009

The next release in september is possibly Darius Syrossian's last solo release as he going to concentrate on his releases as a duo with Nyra, the pair now also DJ as a duo and have a record deal with VIVa Music they will be working on.

This release has special significance to Darius and was written especially, the clue is in the title, remixes come from the amazing Pier Bucci who has done a sublime re-work! he even sampled pan pipes from a local band from his home town restaurant in South America, as he says himself, its a good job he had his recorder with him!
Denney from back to basics also delivers a fantastic remix, due for release mid September.

James Barnsley - Acid Tambourine including remixes from Deadset.

www.mbeat.de : Dropped by Troy Pierce as his last tune at the Warehouse Project just before Richie Hawtin took to the decks at the recent Minus party and the place was really going for it!

The Deadset remix has seen huge support from Jesse Rose, Trevor Loveys Lee Mortimer who have also been supporting this release Support has also coe from Chicago house pioneers such as DJ Sneak & Derrick Carter.
The original has also had a good reaction form Tiga & the dub has had support from Mathias Tanzmann & Raresh from Romania.

Nyra - Doll Head EP - Featuring tracks Mumbler and Tongue and including remixes from Mistress De Funk

This has appeared in several charts on Beatport & the tongue track featured at number 2 in Steve Lawlers top tunes of 2008 in his beatportal chart.

Steve originally heard it dropped by Darius Syrossian @ Sankeys in Manchester back in August 2008, he immeadiatley asked for a copy to play at space, the reaction was so good steve asked darius syrossian & nyra to do a remix for his own VIVa music label, the result being the remix of Livio & Roby's 'return of the jack'

Darius Syrossian & Mundyke - Caspian Man Featuring remixes from Paul Woolford, Nyra and Death on the Balcony.

Kahuamusic.com : Three excellent remixes of 'Caspian Man' here.  The Original and Nyra mixes tread the line between tech house and breaks with a squelcy Switch-esqe feel to both.

Dogs on Acid 4 star rating: Deepchild are back on form with this Fidget meets Tech House Remix on Breakout! It's quite a dark affair with a wicked bubbling bass line underneath some cool percussion and sound effects. Think Fabric at 3am and you're close! Love it
